Job Title: Flavour & Fragrance Business Manager (EMEA)
Location: UK or Germany (Hybrid, with travel as required)
Package: Up to £85,000 (DOE)

We’ve partnered with a leading chemical distributor to find a commercially driven professional with experience across EMEA. This is a strategic role focused on growing their presence in the flavour, fragrance, and specialty ingredients sector.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will take the lead in expanding market share across EMEA, leveraging an established product portfolio while developing new commercial partnerships and driving growth with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow sales within the flavour & fragrance market segment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key accounts
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the European market
• Promote a broad and evolving portfolio of flavour, fragrance, and specialty chemical products
• Provide insights into market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales or business development within the flavour & fragrance industry (essential)
• Solid knowledge of relevant applications in flavour, fragrance, or specialty ingredients
• A well-established industry network in the UK, Germany, or wider Europe
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in German or other European languages is an advantage
