Founder & Managing Director
I’m the Managing Director of Asanaru, a recruitment consultancy supporting businesses with commercial, technical and executive hires.
My role is simple. I work closely with companies to help them find the right people to move their organisations forward. That means understanding what a business actually needs, not just what is written in a job description.
Over the years I’ve built strong relationships with both clients and candidates across the UK and internationally. Much of my work comes through referrals and repeat partnerships, which I see as the best sign that the approach works. I also spend a great deal of time identifying and engaging experienced professionals who are not actively searching but are open to the right opportunity.
Recruitment is ultimately about trust and judgement. When done properly it helps businesses grow and allows people to take the next step in their careers. That’s what I aim to achieve through Asanaru.
Christopher Antoniou
Director
Meet Chris, our Investor and Board member. With over a decade of experience in sales and vendor management, Christopher Antoniou has developed a diverse skill set across various industries.
After achieving multiple awards as one of the top Sales Managers within the UK’s largest estate agency, he quickly identified a gap in the clinical and biometrics industry and started to climb the ranks in our sister company, AL Solutions.
Within a short period of time, Christopher was leading a team of 9 focused within the clinical and scientific sectors globally. Since founding GLS Hub in 2021, Christopher has continued his success in providing better alternatives to clients worldwide, and is now supporting Asanaru with strategic operations, leadership, management, and investment to ensure that it continues to runs smoothly and develop as a renowned engineering recruitment company.
Alexander Antoniou
Director
Meet Alexander, our Investor and Board member. Alexander is a highly reputable leader within the Life Sciences industry. Following on from a hugely successful career at a corporate Pharmaceutical headhunting firm, Alexander branched off to build AL Solutions
With his unique approach, in-depth market knowledge, and vast network; AL Solutions were quickly able to scale internationally and become a market-leading firm within the Biometrics & Clinical sectors. Within under 4 years’, AL Solutions have opened new offices across the globe as well as building a well-established team of 35 head-hunters.
Alexander is now supporting with strategic operations, leadership, management, and investment to ensure that Asanaru runs smoothly and continues to develop as a renowned technical recruitment company.
